The Rosset Terroir farm has started to cultivate in this field of Thouraz at the 1670 meters of altitude of the municipality of Sarre this precious officinal plant since 2012.
This product is used as the main ingredient for Artemisia Génépy A of the Distillerie St.Roch.
Its inflorescences are rich in active ingredients, according to the ancient mountain traditions in fact, Artemisia is a great stimulant of appetite, promotes digestion, has balsamic properties, febrifugal, prevents and fights the "Mountain sickness".
